Support Engineer – IT Specialist – Second Level Support

You will develop individual solutions in the field of quality management based on our existing software products within the scope of customer projects. You will work independently as a project manager and direct contact person for the customer, both from the office and directly on site.
- Support for our software products and customer care
- Adaptation and programming of customer-specific software components
- Close cooperation with our development and project team
- Setup, administration and maintenance of our internal IT systems
- Receiving, analysis and rectification of internal IT fault reports
- IT studies or apprenticeship as IT specialist or comparable qualification
- Very good programming skills and analytical understanding
- Very good knowledge with Windows operating systems
- Very good knowledge of German, good written and spoken English
- Experience in user helpdesk and IT support would be an advantage
