IT Specialist – Second Level Support

As part of our support team you can help our customers with questions and problems with our software products by telephone, e-mail and remote maintenance. Also your are jointly responsible for the operation of our IT systems as an employee of our internal IT.

Your tasks

  • Support our software products and our customers
  • Adaptation and programming of customer-specific software components
  • Close cooperation with our development and project team
  • Design, administration and maintenance of our internal IT systems
  • Accept, analyze and resolve IT malfunctions

Your profile

  • Completed IT vocational training (Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Kundenbetreuer/in or comparable qualification)
  • Experience in software development, programming skills (e.g. C, PHP, Python, Unix-Shell, ABAP, …)
  • Very good knowledge with Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft server, virtualization and network technology
  • Typically experience in the area of user helpdesk, IT support
  • Good English skills (fluent in spoken and writen)
  • We asume very good skills in the German language
  • High customer orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Self-initiative and independent working
